24 Layer Chocolate Cake
If you know me, you know my favorite channel is The Food Network. While watching one of my favorite shows, "Best Thing I Ever Ate" I discovered that the 24 Layer Chocolate Cake from Striphouse exists right here in NYC! I LIVE for chocolate cake, so when my college roommate asked me what I wanted for my birthday, I told her I wanted a slice of this bad boy! It was perfect because she and her husband have a food blog on Instagram called Deliciously Married. We were all pretty excited!
This cake was declared #1 chocolate dessert in America by the Food Network. When we received our slices, we saw why. In front of us was a towering chocolate work of outstanding artistry. Chocolate sponge cake, chocolate filling, and chocolate ganache. Everything about it was magical. They give you a big knife to cut through it and we didn't know where to start!

It was so hard to get a picture in there because the lights were really dim!
The ganache on top was my favorite part!
We had to break it up into sections to pace ourselves!
