Solo Date to a Chocolate Waterfall

This chocolate waterfall was all over the internet when it first opened and I am so glad I got to enjoy it! On International Women's Day I knew I wanted a sweet treat after brunch with the She Is ladies and my partner was sweet enough to Venmo me some money to treat myself. (We are in a long distance relationship and this is a great way to speak my love language when we are apart-- how sweet are they!) I took myself on a solo date to Venchi to experience this for myself and if you know me, you know I LOVE CHOCOLATE. This seemed like the perfect place for a chocolate lover to go to and enjoy some gelato. I was so excited! Click through for more photos:
Upon entering, you are welcomed by a wall of ice cream cones, chocolate bars, and truffles. It was literal chocolate heaven. I saw that the narrow area in the back was pretty empty so I quickly ordered a small cup of gelato with two flavors, chocolate and biscuits, and got cozy!
The chocolate waterfall not only looks amazing, it smells amazing too! This was such a good solo date and I highly recommend treating yourself and doing things alone every once in a while because time with yourself is so necessary. I challenge you to do things you enjoy more often and do them alone, I feel more empowered when I don't wait for someone else to go and do something I enjoy.
