SJP Pop-Up Shop
The SJP Pop-Up Shop is a temporary store for Sarah Jessica Parker's Shoes & Accessories line, SJP by Sarah Jessica Parker. It fell right into my hands at the perfect time! I saw the flyer for it on Facebook and saw that it was only up until December 3rd so I had to go! [UPDATE: Good News! You can go check out the pop-up shop for yourself because it is now open until December 25th (while supplies last)!] On the way to the shop which is located at 52nd street and 5th avenue, you pass all the stores iconically mentioned in Sex & the City: Fendi, Prada, Ferragamo, Tiffany & Co, Dior, Louis Vuitton, and Gucci. It is the ideal location for this pop-up shop if you ask me.
Once I took that walk down 5th avenue the SJP Pop-Up was easy to find! Being that I was there at 11am there was barely a line and we were all waiting anxiously for the doors to open. Once they did, I was like a kid in a candy store! There were pictures of SJP on the walls, a wall of shoes, and clear display fixtures everywhere. I thought it was a great way to best showcase the shoes in all their glory. It was a great size for a pop-up shop and plenty of room to walk around without bumping into anyone else. The associates working there were very friendly, always asking if anyone needed help getting sizes.

There were pumps, flats, boots and booties, heels of all different heights, and in a bunch of colors and fabrics! I was definitely in shoe heaven. Sticking to my affordable fashion budget, I wasn't going to try a bunch of stuff on (prices of shoes ranged from $250-$450). I was just in awe being there looking at all the art around me. I love how Sarah Jessica Parker is very involved with the styles, design, and even the pop-up; she was there helping out customers the first days it was open! I unfortunately didn't meet her when I went but it was fun nonetheless. Check out the shoes!
