Tipsy Scoop

My feed has been flooded with posts from people going to Tipsy Scoop, so naturally I had to pay them a visit. This cozy "barlour" on 26th between 2nd & 3rd serves up boozy ice cream. You read that correctly, ice cream with alcohol in it. All of their liquor- infused ice cream flavors are inspired by classic and contemporary cocktails and are up to 5% ABV.

With flavors like Vanilla Bean Bourbon and Red Velvet Martini, it was really hard picking just one--so I went with FOUR. The Boozy Flight of 4 is available for $8 during their happy hour from 4-6pm and I was just in time!

The flavors in my flight from left to right were Maple Bacon Bourbon, Dark Chocolate Whiskey Salted Caramel, Cake Batter Vodka Martini, and Spiked Mint Chocolate Chip. Martinis are my favorite so I automatically went for that flavor first and I have to say, it was my favorite! The ice cream itself was creamy and although you could definitely taste the alcohol in some more than others, it was jus there to enhance the taste of the ice cream flavor and didn't overpower anything.
