Minnesota Nice Cream
Cereal. Donuts. Glitter. These sound like ice cream toppings right...? At Minnesota Nice Cream they are! After being a truck for 2 years, Minnesota Nice Cream set up shop in Minneapolis where they sought to provide customers a nostalgic dessert experience with a twist! You pick your base, either cone, bowl, or fancy cone, then you pick your toppings. You can go with classics like cookie dough, Oreo, or sprinkles, or go crazy with gold leaf, glitter, or puppy chow! The possibilities are endless at MNice Cream and it's an Instagrammer's DREAM!
I got a custom creation and my inspiration was cereal. I picked out a Trix waffle cone, filled it with vanilla ice cream, and topped it with Fruity Pebbles, glitter, whipped cream, and a Fruity Pebbles donut! It was a very hot day in Minneapolis and that resulted in my ice cream getting more on my hands than in my mouth but it was a very fun experience! I've never seen anything like this before. I already have ideas on what to get next time I visit!
