Spicy Mami, Hot Tamale

It's my birthday!!! Which means it's perfectly okay to be extra. Every year I pick a color/theme for my birthday outfit and this year I wanted to look like the dancing emoji. I looked everywhere and was able to score this awesome red dress from Forever21 for just $31 (originally $35 then I used a coupon). It had everything I was looking for: ruffles, a side slit, and form fitting. I normally don't even shop at Forever21 but I'm glad I found this affordable dress that made me feel like a million bucks.
