Chinito Latino
Who would have thought that we'd get a hibachi restaurant Uptown? Thanks to the owners of Chinito Latino, we now have a spot with great hibachi, great drinks, and amazing hospitality! I think I speak for a lot of the people who have been there already (like Pio & Farruko) wen I say "¡Que servicio tan bueno!" Not only is the food absolutely delicious, these people make you feel like family.
Pictured here is the salmon roll appetizer and the chicken fried dumplings. The salmon roll came with great sauces and the dumplings were perfectly crispy.
We ordered the chinola punch and it definitely packed a punch! Anything with passion fruit is a must for me and this drink did not disappoint.
For just $35 I got a soup AND a salad, fried rice AND noodles, steak AND chicken-- I feel like they were giving it away for free! To top it off, this was some of the BEST steak I've ever had! I could not get enough! Our chef El Chapulin was great as well! He was so friendly and very funny.
Choices of soup were vegetable or sancocho!
Can we discuss how this fried rice had platano maduro, eggs, and Dominican salami?!
Choo-choo train!
Shrimp, scallops, chicken and steak!
Of course we ordered dessert! The chocolate chip cookie with ice cream on top sounds simple but it was DELICIOUS! I definitely recommend this dessert.
I can't wait to go back and try the downstairs menu. Chinito Latino, thank you for bringing an unforgettable experience to Dyckman!
